Need advice on WW Barb... AGAIN~

I was thinking about the new r/ws when my dad made a Fortitude and then found a better armor to put Fortitude in. Therefore I managed to prise away his spare Fortitude and began to think of a good build... when I thought of a classic WW Dual Mastery Barb. Is this build viable or...?

STR: Enough for Oath ETH Balrog Blade
Dex: Max Block at lvl 81
Vit: Rest
Ene: None

Skills:
20 BO
1 BC
2 into Prereqs

20 SM
20 AM
1 Ironskin
1 Nat res
1 Inc Stamina
1 Inc Speed

20 WW
1 Zerk
5 Prereqs

= 93 skills, acheiveable at lvl 81

Items:

Weap: Oath eth Balrog
Shield: Storm
Armor: Fortitude Archon
Helm: Delirium / Arreats
Belt: Verdungos
Boots: Gores
Gloves: Dracs
Rings: Raven/Manaleech for PVM, Angelics for PvP
Amu: Highlords for PvM, Angelics for PvP

(Not many charms)

Any other suggestions?

eth oath balrog blade is quite a nice weapon, but im more of a scourge person :uhhuh: .
use Arreats, its the best helm for a barb.(except a wolfbarb/zealbarb)the fhr, AR bonus, +20 str/dex cant be beat.
and for charms, instead of using them duped 3/20/20's, a couple of normal sc of vita and some sharp gc's can come a long way, and a cheap way.
And with ur pvp setup, you wont have CBF :scratch:

I did dual mastery because there is a SLIGHT chance of getting a eBotD Zerker... but I suppose Oath is good enuff for me.

So, supposing I go single mastery(sword) should I put my 20 skills into shout?

And the CBF issue: I was planning to go Dual Leech + Raven in PvM, and Raven + Angelic in PvP.

Sharp gc/sc/lcs I have plenty of so no worries there...

Me go check what elite weapon has better dmg.

it all depends what you wanna do. if you wanna fool around in pubbyes do whatever you see as fun, if you wanna strong dueler than you should try to tweak your barb in one(i repeat ONE) direction. this means you should prepare all the gear/skills/stats BEFORE you start building. why? real simple: for example - botd gives 30 to all attributes, if you don't put that in the equasion, you'll have around 240 less life than someone who did if the rest of your setup were the same.

if you wanna go with oath - do it! should you get that botd - don't be lazy, make a new char.

Shout is probably a very good investment. It gives a huge defense boost, it synegizes Berserk, Battle Orders, and Battle Command.
