Need advice on PvP/PvM Windy

So i am building my favorite built a windy, and i need some advices.
I am lvl 87 right now and i can kill nearly everything in the game?
Maxed all the synergy, 1 point 1 grizzly and maxing Oak now.
I also plan to go max block here so i choosed stormshield for my main shield.
First here is my gear:
Um'ed Jalal (Pelt is a MUST...Windy is all about Style afterall )
MP Enigma
Arach (soon) (Trang belt for the moment)
Treks
Trang gloves
34 res Hoto
Stormshield
Cta + Spirit for switch
Raven
10fcr ring + minor mode
Need to find an amu..+3 ele for the moment
D torch
No Anni, need to find one
1 ele Gc

So i have some questions
1- What should i socket the stormshield with?
I checked the forum, and i saw 3 possibility eld for max block, Shael for FBR and Ber but i am not rich enought for the moment... So...i am open to any advice for this point.

2- Merc Part:
My merc (A2 nm Holy freze) is currently using:
Tal mask
Atma veil (I know, I know have to change that)
Insight
First should i keep Holy freeze Merc?
Second What armor can i use for him? (not too expensive ideas pls)
Third Should i give him a reaper toll (If yes, Shael in it?)

2- PvM part:
Now that i can tele (just made my Enigma yesterday) i would like to run some baalruns, when i do so, what shield should i use? spirit for fcr and mana? storm for block?

3- PvP Part:
I know my gear is not goldy (yet) but do you think i can enter the PvP world with this build? (It's my first PvP build)
Other than ele Gc and fhr/life charm what do i need for PvP?
Do you have any advices for PvP

I am open to any other idea regarding my build/gear^^

No advices yet? Where did all the windy went :'(

Tu update, i got my arach and my merc use duriel shell not Atma....I was thinking to use Duress on it but if u have better idea.

For the built i am really happy, i can go nearly everywhere without any risk at all (havn't tried frozen river with all the soul and witches), and i can kill anything pretty fast...My only problem is my oak dying too often imo...but i just recast and re BO then

Still waiting for the answer to the previous questions

Nothing to really say. Pretty standard build. Get more GCs and that Anni, try to craft a 15+% caster ammy with +Ele/Druid skills.

Socketing SS is all about what you're lacking. Don't wanna waste too many points in dex? Eld it. Want faster Block? Shael it. Need more res? Um it. Need more DR? Ber it. Sockets are meant to fill in the gaps your build is lacking in.
