If you are on US East Ladder you can probably get a Lo for your Um, fyi.
Also, white Phase Blades cannot be eth, so you're probably not easily finding one better than what you have. You CAN have an eth unique or rare Phase Blade, but it would require upping a rare or unique crystal sword or dimensional blade that is eth.

Full sets are always easier to trade, but if you find you have a much easier time running one or two particular keys, you could focus on those, get a bunch, and trade them for the key you need to complete the set. It's all about finding the most efficient use of your time.

That depends upon which you can run easily. If you can teleport, Howl makes Dkeys very easy to get as a barb. Tkeys can take a lot more time and have the lowest chance of dropping. Hkeys can also take a great deal of time depending upon how long it takes you to find the summoner.
However, all three are really easy to get with the proper gear/strategies, so I just run all three.

Your barb should be able to farm Dkeys without a problem. Just use Howl to scare all the buggers away and kill Nilly. For H and T keys, pretty much any character that can teleport fairly quickly will get the job done.
As for the anni, yes, it is worth quite a bit. If it's legit then do not trade it, because you'll eventually be able to put it to use. If it's not, I'd suggest not trading it on these forums.

I honestly can't give you a value. 20/20 anni's go for whatever the highest bidder is willing to pay.
By "legit" I mean not duplicated or otherwise brought into existence using a method that alters the game in some way. If you found it off of Dclone, then it is 100% legit. However, if someone gave it/traded it to you in game, there is a good chance it is not a legit item. It doesn't mean that it isn't, but it is much less likely than if you traded for it on these forums.

The HRs are mostly "duped". This means that they are illegally copied, and tend to disappear because of this.
Go on the character that has the HRs as little as possible to try and avoid having them disappear. The best thing to do is to not trade for HRs until you need them. I'd recommend making a trade thread in the trade forum that goes with the realm you play on (like East or West) to trade the HRs you have for Keysets and Organsets. Keys and Organs do not disappear, and can easily be traded for HRs when you need them for Runewords or trades.
It really is a shame you traded the Anni, especially for poofable currency. =/

The items wont disapear, well unless they are certian items, which im asuming they arent. The resists and stats are a bonus, so you can be more liberal with your gear. Also the +1 to skills doesnt spawn on any other charms (besides torch with has +3 to class skills).
You did gave people bad hrs, but everyone trading for hrs should be expecting that they are duped, becuase legit hrs are incredibly rare.
Also, not to bring you down, but im sure you could have gotten 50+ hrs for that anni.
