    Necro Problem

i have this Overlord Necro and i'm level 72. Alright so i have a big problem... idk if its ebcause the patch and this is an old build... BUT my mages, skellys, and Iron g, are all VERY VERY weak. i can barely kill act1 people. I use lower resist everytime but they still suck. Am i doing something wrong? or is the build pointless with the new patch or what???

    IT SUCKS HELP ME haha

how are your skills distributed? what's your gear? taking a look at the guide i'm guessing you maxed skellies and mastery, but there's not too much point to maxing golems. plus the guide is 1.09, and 1.10 changed alot of things, like giving monsters more health, adding synergies, etc.

That build doesn't change, it is what i have.

"make sure you haev +15 or so to summoning skills in hell"

Also, you want skeleton mastery maxed. Golem is a one point wonder.

Your skeletons do more damage than you mages, so use amp damage, or decripify if you are losing your army constantly. Also, use corpse explosion, its by far the best skill in the game.

With minions, your skills should look something along the lines of:

    Max Summon Mastery
    Max Raise Skeleton
    Max CE

1 into Amp, misc curses, golem of your choice, revives, summon resists, etc.

Left overs can go into Mages if you'd like them to be stronger.

A strategy to raising an army would be to have a strong merc. Equip him with decent gear.

Helm: Tal's Mask, Crown of Thieves
    Armor: Duriel's Shell, Lionheart Runeword
Weapon: Reaper's Toll, Bonehew (eth would be nice, with 2 AMNs), Insight Elite runeword.

There are other options too that I have not listed and probably forgot to mention.

For your gear, try to have decent +summoning skills, and 75% resists always.

Remember to have your Raise skeleton and Skeleton mastery max.

Invest points into corpse explosion and use Amp damage more often. CE is a very powerful skill in this patch since monsters have gotten a hell lot more Hp now.
