well, as title we need a leecher/necro for bw to complete out ut leveling tomorrow. so here it goes

first leecher get the spot
first necro gets the spot even if a leecher has already been offered

that's it. more important, if someone has already got the spot- keep offering
we need back ups incase someone doesn't show up.
