My Resists are suffering =[

Zeal Pally, I really need resist too.

I have -20 to all and -5 lightning...heres what I use

Gaze
Shaft
Redeemer, Rare Shield with +50 resist all ( thats all resist I have I think.. or just about)
Eye of Illitch
RavenFrost
Manald Heal
String of Ears
Gore Riders
Dracul's Grasp

I dont think I'm forgetting anything.

If you can afford it, these changes will definitely bring you up to 75 all resists:

-Shaftstop for CoH (+65 resists) --> 45 all resists
-Vampire Gaze for CoA (+20-30 resists) --> 65-75 all resists
-Rare shield for P.Diamond HoZ (+69 resists, 19 net change) --> the rest.

Note that you lose a bit of DR because CoH only gives 8% (rather than Shaft's 30%) and CoA can give a max of only 15% (Vamp's max is 20%)... Leaving you with 8% + 15% + 15% (String of Ears) = 38%. IMO, 38% DR good enough. If not you could always go the extra mile and Ber your CoA, or other stuff.

A few charms could add in some resists here and there, some 11% of different resistances could really help to reach the 75%.

Duriels shell will give you high resists and allow you to switch out the ravenfrost for some other ring with leech / resists

CoH = Chains of Honour runeword
CoA = Crown of Ages unique helm
HoZ = Herald of Zakarum unique shield

Ummmmm... Can't believe no one else has suggested this, but you could also socket your Shaft + Gaze and stick UM runes in there... You could also try and trade for a Moser's Blessed Round unique shield. It comes with +25 resist all and has 2 sockets in which you could stick perfect diamonds, bringing your resists on the shield alone up to 63.
