My MF fishy needs more FCR

Here is my setup:
ptopaz shako
nigma DS
homo with pdiamond+leoric
ali baba/homo with pdiamond on switch
chancies
IK belt (need the resists...)
28 res all, 24 DR, 17 MF, 22 mana ammy
nagelring+resists ring
boot with resists, 32 MF, 30 frw

Some 5-6 MF scs, 29 gheeds.

It annoys me not having enough fcr for tele+CE. Its tempting to switch wizzy for leoric, but then I lose a bunch of my skills when raising my army, and doing annoying crap like switching stuff is annoying. Any weapon recomendations? I basically run everything; countess, summoner, andy, meph, chaos (dunno if I will keep doing this, sometimes takes long when my merc keeps getting IMed), Nithy (sometimes), pit, shenk, eldritch, WSK and baal.

My merc might needs some help too:
insight CV
guillames (ort)
duriels shell (ral)

As you can see no leech, but he does have maxed resists and crushing blow. I would love to use andys, but then I'd have no crushing blow in my setup, which is absolutely need for bosses. This works fairly well though, as the skeletons provide a distraction so he gets hit less. I was thinking about duress instead of duriels shell, but then he gets less resists (maybe they'll still be maxed), crushing blow, open wounds, and FHR, and then switching to andy's, but then I'm not sure whether 15 is enough crushing blow.

personally? I wouldn't worry about it......but I guess if you want fcr then you can lose chancies for trang gloves or spirit for homo. Try to get an ammy with fcr/mf or ring with fcr/res.....I personally haven't ever felt the need for an insight alot for my fishy so maybe consider switching that out for another wep to allow for more versatility elsewhere?

I actually do use trangs gloves, but use chancies for MFing.

I've tried switching insight, but found I needed to suck down blues even while teleing around (I spam tele like crazy)

well if you can get your hands on 2 sojs then that would allow for more flexibility, no? Then you can get rid of merc's insight, and possibly switch out your weapon/shield for more fcr.......Also this might sound stupid, but I found that a while ago I always teleported short. By that I mean the location that I teleported to (and continued teleporting to) was close to me. But I changed that to teleporting to the edge of my screen and the distance (mana used) lowered noticeably.....

Unless you are going PvP, the FCR that you have now should be enough. Sure making the next break point would be nice so you do not get hit as often between tele's. But I would not sacrifice MF or +skills to get the next break point. Hoto would help, you get skills/resists/mf all on one item. I would trade the IK belt for an arach mesh and make the resists up with charms.

I'm currently not rolling around is HRs and crap, but I think I'll get a hoto soon. Seems great.

Duress for the armor? Some resist and CB. How is making an insight IG and give your merc Obedience/Hone Sundan/Inifinity or whatever gives good CB?

Hehehe...iron golems. I've wasted some crap stuff, and some decent stuff on em (like windhammer, though idk whether its any good or not) simply because I sorta...cast clay golems by instinct against bosses.

I guess I could try to keep an iron golem alive/not cast a clay one.

well if you aren't filthy rich I wouldn't bother making an insight golem......especially if you are going to be chaosing since it would probably be a pain to keep him alive and slow you down.....

Is chaosing a viable way to get some good drops? Or would it be better to save my money and cut out chaosing. Besides baal runs, chaosing takes the longest (though its usually safe....for me)

to be honest chaos is one of the areas I most frequent with non-melee characters (due to IM).....easy to find, at least 3 unique monster (one per seal), probably champions and other unique monsters scattered around as well......lots of monsters so that means more chances of drops......Also you get to kill D at the end for drops as well.....
