my idea about PvP private SERVER
Hi
Last night i couldn't sleep cuz i figure out a good idea about Diablo 2 bnet private server based only on PvP.
Game
iablo 2 LOD
StylevP only
Patch:109d (in this patch is PvP done right, 1.10 and 1.11 are ****ed up imo)
so lets start at the begging
when u create a character and enter game u instantly gain
+ clvl 99
+ stat points 500
+ skill points 100
+ 3 scrolls of resistance
+ 3 potions of life
+ horadric cube
+ all quests done except "personilizing item"
+ all waypoints and all worlds
+ full gold
then when u want items you can buy each item only for 1 gold at people that sell them like Akara,....
there will be items set in categories like unique elite swords at akara, unique elite bows at another NPC.
so you can buy
all unique elite items
all unique class specific items
all set items except the low level ones
all runes
all pgems
(i hope there is enought NPC that can stash all this items)
socketing in unique items is not allowed!thats because it takes time that u make sockets for those 4 unique items you will use.
there will be some GM (game masters) or admins who will make sockets into good magic,rare,crafted items
so if u wan't to have magical cruel thuner maul with 2 ohms no problem you just need to play more and find it and we will socket it
(item cruel thunder maul is just an example)
so i think you can build you charecter with stat points, skill points, and items in about 5mins thats cool and then we can start PvP games
PvP RULES:
no healing potions
no mercs
i think thats it
if there is any1 who could support this kind of project, by modifing diablo2lod or setting bnet server that would be great
