The only amulets that add to AR are:

-Metalgrid ( +(400-450) to Attack Rating )
-The Mahim-Oak Curio ( +10% Bonus to Attack Rating )
-Atma's Scarab ( +20% Bonus to Attack Rating )

I wouldn't really pick any of those over highlords/mara's/seraphs.

His AR troubles won't come from his amulet, but they can be fixed through fixing other gear...

maybe some eth runes in the rune master?
Jah would be a better choice for the full ITD effect, if you could afford it... you'd also want plenty of IAS, so probably a couple shaels...

However, for a frosty, I'd choose heavens light, as I'd want to take the CB approach to it. I'd throw Eth's and Shael's into its sockets, unless I could afford a Jah, then I'd Jah+Shael (or Jah+Shael+Shael depending on how many sockets it had).

The rune master could prove to be fine though, as long as you put the right runes in it. If you think you'll have AR troubles, though, Jah is definitly the way to go, and Eth's are the cheaper way out of it. Don't forget about speed, though... it seems like you have a lot of it covered with laying of handsand highlords, and hopefully a few shael's would keep you quick. I almost want to recommend getting rid of the laying of hands for some crafted blood gloves, for some additional CB, resists, life, IAS, etc. This would be the best choice seeing as you don't have to worry about draculs for lifetap on gloves.

er well, you use zeal, thats a lot of AR. most different type builds dont have such a thing to use.
