Wait 6 months and come back. The prices will be cheaper and everyone will have a better idea of what max settings require.

    Never buy anything from Alienware.

    Massive rip off.

Build it yourself and you will save a good $500.

Also this will run D3 very easily and has room for upgrades:
    i7 2500
    GTX 560
P67 Mobo (gigabyte UD3 is always a good choice)
1TB Harddrive (Samsung spinpoint F3 is again, reliable and good)
SSD system drive (if you can afford it, 120gb SF 1200 based one)
Coolermaster CM 690 II case (fantastic for its price)
Any tower cooler (Promiltech make the best now)
Seasonic X-plus gold 750W PSU (expensive but never ever ever go for cheap PSU)

This leaves you for an upgrade of adding another GTX 560 for SLI, you could buy an AMD 6870 instead of the 560, its up to you.

Point is, you can always build something better cheaper, never buy online pre-made "gaming" pc's. They are ****.

For the money saved you could get a Dell U2711 27" high res screen which is simply gorgeous and the best screen out there.

There's no such thing as i7 2500, it's either i5 2500 or i7 2600, on top of that not getting the k version on a P67 motherboard is a waste.
There's also no such thing as Promiltech (it's Prolimatech) and they're also not the best, Noctua NH-D14 is as far as I know still the best cpu air cooler.
If money is not an object I suggest getting the Coolermaster HAF X, it's simply awesome.

    My bad. sorry for helping.
    Noctua isn't nearly as good.
Prolimatech Megashadow and put noctua fans on it and it you have the best tower heatsink out there.

    Seriously go check the reviews.

Also, Silverstone FT02 is better than HAFX in every way imaginable. HAFX looks **** and isn't as good thermally as a FT02

You won't need a 500 series or even a 400 series card to run D3... Blizzard has never been a company to make games that can't be run properly even on low end machines.

If you only really care about D3, just upgrading your GPU from an integrated card to something like a 200 series card and you will be set. I have a 260 in mine and it runs everything I've thrown at it so far like a champ, so just waiting for end of year to build a new one since I built this comp around 2 1/2 years ago.

But that being said, don't try and buy anything before this Christmas/Black Friday. They had really good deals last year, and the top end cards/motherboard are already dropping in price, along with Sandy Bridge CPUs becoming a lot cheaper.

I bet you could build a comp by waiting for combo deals this xmas that would run any existing game and games for another year or two at max settings.

Edit: For under $800 if you can find good combo deals (assuming you don't have to buy a monitor)
