My first hammerdin - Help me out!

Hi, I'm making my first hammerdin now and need some advice. I have level 67 by now and my skill distribution is:

hammer maxed
vigor maxed
conc maxed
starting to put points into blessed aim (synergy)

After that, should I put the remaining points into Holy Shield ?

I have almost all points into Vita (str just to wear stuff, and few points into dex).

My equip by now:

Enigma dusk
HotO
HoZ (p-diamond, got it on a trade)
Shako (um)
Maras (29 resists)
Dracs gloves (cant use yet due to lvl req)
arach mesh belt (need to wait till lvl 80 to use)
wartravs (but I have waterwalks too)
Bull khatos weding band
10 faster cast rate ring and resists (rare) on other hand

On weap chance I got:
CtA
Lidless

My charms are very poor by now (not worth mentioning). What should I look for? Combat skillers? Are they too expensive? How much final damage can I expect to have?

Thanks for any input!

I count you as 5fcr short of the 75 Breakpoint. Swap the dracs out for a pair of trangs or magefists. They do nothing for you anyway. Then you can drop the FCR ring and run 2 Bk/Soj for more +skills.

Other than that, it looks good.

If you are for PvM then don't bother with the charms, just use resist and life ones as you see fit. For PvP, use Pcombats for taste, then fill the rest with life small charms.

Ok, I will change the gloves! I have the ones you suggest on other chars. My intention is to go PvP. Some people talk of a damage of 20K or even more. Is that realistic? Do I need the Combat Gcs to get there? Or is there another trick?

I am pretty sure that 20k can be reached, but it is not worth the sacrifices... 12k to 15k seem to be pretty nice PvP numbers... You do not sacrifice that much, and yet still have the potential to 2-hit a lot of characters.

Hell... I was semi-successful running 8k hammers... with charge...
