Tell me what you think. Some have told me to look for a "Stormshield" which would help me out with the chance to block, ect. With the thundermaul I'm using, it takes up both weapon slots, so I can't have a weapon and a shield also. However, when it comes to dueling, what would be the best druid weapon to go with the shield? As far as PvM, I have no problem whatsoever. Hell goes by pretty quickly. The Chaos Sanctuary provides a problem only with the Iron Maiden. Baal is simple, but the last of his minions (before he runs off) provide a somewhat challenge, however the merc (with the delerium) confuses them, so the attention is taken off of me, while I attack. Open wounds is constant so that comes in handy. Anyways tell me what you think, if there is something better I can use, let me know. :D

BTW, with the remaining stat points left (Up to 99) where should I put them? Perhaps in vitality?

I'm afraid that you have made a few typical Druid mistakes...First of all IAS outside of your weapon is next to useless if you use a fast base speed weapon (which you really should). So the 15%IAS jewel in your Jalal's Mane isn't going to help you...Better socket an Um or something. Also your Highlord's Wrath +20% IAS isn't going to help...still a sweet amulet though.

Your weapon is very slow...There's nothing wrong with Breath Of The Dying but you need to make it in a faster base speed weapon...As far as I can tell (no wiz with the calculator) there's no difference between a 0 and -10 base speed weapon when it comes to speed...therefore a 0 base speed weapon will be your choice, since it does more damage. An ethereal Great Poleaxe would be the most damaging option..

Concerning Stormshield...I wouldn't bother with that in PvM, since Wolfs have very nice life, and the added damage from using a 2-hander is sweet. For PvP I think you need a least in melee duels. Which weapons are best for PvP...I don't really now...but Griswold's Caduceus and Cruel Cryptic Swords of Quickness seem popular.

One last thing why Bramble on your merc? Unless you really really like the Thorns aura, better options exist...but if he doesn't have trouble staying alive go for it. I would definitely spend my remaining points in vitality...unless you're serious about PvP, then you're going to need a little more dexterity to maintain max block.

If this is purely pvm then your better of with a faster 2 handed weapon. Hell IK maul is better then the BOTD you have at this time.

Thanks peeps. I guess it's back to the ole drawing board. Oh and you know the Diablo clone? I ran into him last night in solo hell runs, and he (my druid) totally kicked the clones @$$ took me about 5 minutes, with dying once because D's freaking arm. kept raining down, the only thing that saved my butt was the leeching lol. Out of the whole adventure, I got an almost perfect ammi.

Anyways, I'm guessing I should try something else. I'm attempting to make the fastest and most deadly wolf I can. I'll keep experiment to see what I can find. Anymore help you can provide, thanks it's appreciated.

    I'll keep you posted? lol

hmm.. if your going 2 hander. eth tomb reaver is the best imo. more affordable version is a ebotd gpa. when fighting dclone use guillames helm.

I can attest to the effectiveness of a 1-hand current fury wolf uses an eBOTD zerker + stormshield. He's a serious PvM tank. I would definitely recommend the combo to anyone!

It really depends on what you are looking for. It is very true that with the ss and weapon you have you can "tank" better because of more dr and other great mods. But some people like having the greater damage and range of say a great poleaxe for pvm.
