    Multi-zone guild by Phase v.1.01

    version 1,01 of guild:
    latest stuff added:
    -how do deal with PIs
    -playing style i.e a short pointer on how to actually get to the hig 90+ lvl
    -what dmg can I expect?



    Introduction

    making a guild, and getting it stickyed and perphaps helping a few lost souls along the way. Trying to bring back the glory days of the amazons running around with WFs and kicking butt.

    I made other guilds but this one is the only one I think comes close to having a chance of stickying, if you feel the same please say so, in the thread for a better chance of that happening.

    also I might update with more info/discriptions lateron. till then enjoy the reading.

    besically dont input anything else than the bow type your using
    (its easyer doing the math on a peice of papir or so for your self than it is inputing it), and then click the ISA/FPS -Tabelle anzeigen botton on the page.
    It´ll now post some isa values for fps with standert attack, this is your multishot speeds as well.

    Armor_Speed is the sum of the speed reduction from armor and shield (a negative number). The reduction is -5 for medium armors/shields and -10 for heavy armor/shields.

    Strength:

    strength sucks! you hate it, or will come to do so. Every point you put in here is 1% ed lost in the form of 1 less dex. Besically you wanna get some strength from items and have those calculated into the amout you need to invest to be able to wear the gear you plan on useing.

    Dexterity:

    Dex yo wat up homie? dex is your new best friend, he loves you and the more you invest in him the more you get back! ^^ Most bows have a ed bonus from dex at a certain point, normally around 100 dex, anything above this point is more dmg. Also a high dex means a better chance to hit.

    Vitality:

    If dex was your best friend this dude is the one you play with when dex aint home. If you finde yourself dieing alot, envesting some here might be a good idea.

    energy:

    It doesnt hurt to have, but there are better places to get mana from than investing it into energy.

    dex. = 350+ till it starts feeling like your getting something from it

    vit. = rest

    it wont be alot, but every little bit helps. start by getting it to 50-60ish before you turn lvl 90

    besically I recamende you get 90% isa with gear, get high res and some +life mods.

    ring1: Ravenfrost, +dex,+AR,+connot be frozen mod, +mana, +cold dmg

    ring2: Naturspeace, SMRIP,PMH,psn res, Dmg red., lvl5 oak sage.

    Bow: Windforce "sheal", great dmg, ml , knockback.

    armor: Chains of Honor, ed to monsters/undead, great all res, LL, +str.

    belt:Nosferatu's Coil, 10% isa, 10% slows enemys,LL,+str, lower Light Radius

    helm: Crown of Ages, 2 x ed/+max dmg jewels

    gloves:laying of hands, 350% ed to demons

    boots:gore ridders.


    having Hellrack with dual 1-100 lightning dmg jewels in it, is a good idea for PIs. also stack up on lightning dmg charms and high psn charms.

    5,1 general stuff.
    ---------------------------

    Okay, besically Im not gonna make a big deal of off this. You have a cheap decoy USE IT! dont just invest in it and forget about it, with +skills it can get pretty cheap mana wise. Valkyrie is must, its your tank. Hide behinde your tanks at all times, recast it when it dies. Also that Oak sage you have from naturs peace use it, its cheap, it helps you/your merc/valk/decoy.

    bosses are about useing guilded arrow from far away.

    besically for anything none boss, use multi ^^.

    have stuff on weapon switch is a good idea... some idea´s are:

    demon lib, enchant never hurt no one, give yourself and your merc.
    titans or some other eq. that gives nice +skills for summoning your valk.
    mf gear, I know this isnt used to much my amazones... but none the less have your valk +merc kill the boss once you got him down in health.

    5,2 How do deal with PIs
    ---------------------------

    This build is the multi zone, its not a mage, with FA or Immolation for PIs.
    wheile you can use 40-60 skill points getting one of these skills up, I dont recammende it.

    Besically what you wanna do is get your self a bow with high elemental dmg on it.
    Hellrack because it has 63-324 fire,cold,lightning dmg , add to that 2 sockets.
    Now in these sockets you have two choices: p. emeralds for psn dmg or 2 x facets jewels none poison, which I by far recammende, eg. 2 x cold facets ).

    for 1-2 monster that are PIs. : use your Cold arrow (prequest for guilded arrow)
    lvl 3 cold arrow gives 7% dmg converted to cold dmg and 7-8 cold dmg.
    lvl 22 cold arrow gives 45% dmg converted to cold dmg and 61-65

    other places where you get elemental dmg:

    1-30 light dmg from highlords
    15-45 Cold dmg from ravenfrost

    so pr arrow you should be doing ( with lvl 3 cold arrow)

    63-324 fire dmg

    133-453 cold dmg + 7% of pys. dmg
    (2 x facets for cold dmg, also +10% dmg -10% monser res isnt taken into acc. here)
    with the +10% = 146-498 cold dmg

    64-354 lightn. dmg

    elemental dmg with multishot would be : 63+133+64 to 324+453+354 =
    260 - 1131

    elemental dmg with cold arrow : 260- 1131 + 7% of pyscal * 1,10 (10% from facets)


    Also your merc might be of some help too, sometimes decypt can break immunites.
    So get a trolls reaper and put that on him.

    5,3 So how do I lvl?
    ---------------------------

    Its not so much a question of how, but really more of a when and where question:

    I recammende you lvl like this, which is the way I normally lvl.

    normal mode
    start by getting a rush, and help with ancients when you get there.
    1-12 act1
    12-21 act2
    21-24 act3 travincal
    24 act5 ancients
    25-40 act4 baal runs

    ---------
    nm mode

    40 rush +act5 ancients
    41-70 act5 baal runs

    ---------
    hell mode

    70 rush +ancients
    71-90 anywhere you dont die, and you get exp.
    also when around lvl 73, your able to use that wf start lvling your merc.
    generally if you have left him to much behinde he´ll be in his 47-50ish lvls
    which means you gotta start doing alot of nm mode blood runs and act1 hell mode runs. Genneral advice open his window and look at the exp pr kill. and make a judge on how the exp is compaired to how fast you are able to get it. The place where you get the most exp the quickest for your merc is the place to lvl him.

    5,4 So what kinda dmg can I expect?
    ---------------------------

    here is an exsample of a wf:

    the 2,50 = 250% ed
    the 350 is your dex
    the 10 is your min base dmg on the weapon
    the 68 is your max base dmg on the weapon

    minimum damage:

    (10 + 2,50 * 10) + (350/100 * (10 + 2,50 * 10)) =
    95 minimum dmg on character screen damage

    maximum damage: (exsample at lvl 90)

    ((68+3,125x clvl) + 2,50 * (68+3,125x clvl)) + (350/100 * (68+ 3,125x clvl) + 2,50 * ((68+3,125x clvl))) = 3316

    a clean wf with standart attack at lvl 90 with 350 dex does 95 - 3316 dmg.
    for multishot this would be (3/4 * dmg): 71 - 2487

    with critical stirke you´ll be doing double dmg about 70% of the time with this build. Also the 39ish DS you have on will(might) make up for those times when the 70% fail you. CS and DS are not stackable, its either one of the other, the effect however is the same: dmg x 2.

    so 71 - 2487 becomes 142 - 4974 with multishot * Note this isnt shown in the char screen its up to you to remember that what your seing is only half of the damage you do.

    now this might not look like alot, but with things like LoH doing 350% ed to demons and a few ed jewels it adds up. Apart from this you have outsides factors from your eq. that give a bit of elemental damge as well. Oh... and dont forget about the might merc.

    a lvl 90 might merc gives you lvl 26 might aura = 290% ed.
    lets do the calculations with might aura into the picture.

    (10 + (2,50+2,90) * 10) + (350/100 * (10 + (2,50+2,90) * 10)) = 153

    ((68+3,125x clvl) + (2,50+2,90) * (68+3,125x clvl)) + (350/100 * (68+ 3,125x clvl) + (2,50+2,90) * ((68+3,125x clvl))) = 5344

    153 * 3/4 = 115 min. dmg. with multi + lvl 26 might aura with a clean wf.
    5344 * 3/4 = 4008 max. dmg. with multi + lvl 26 might aura with a clean wf.

    now remember that the damage you´ll be doing will be about twice as high thanks to Critical stirke and DS.

    so 115 - 4008 becomes : 230 - 8016 dmg.

    (this however isnt show in the screen, also since monsters in hell mode have DR of about 50% you´ll really be doing closer to what you se on the screen, but still this is an advatage paladins/barbs/druids dont have)

    besically there isnt much to say here either... a might merc is a must! it´ll help you mow down your enemys alot faster. Its a Nightmare offensive hireling.

    btw - it can give up to lvl 29 might aura +skills items. So you could get above lvl 30 might aura if you wanted, however keeping your merc alive is alot better than the +3-4 +skill form items you can stack on it.

    OH... hehe lvl 29 might = +320 % ed.

    wow did you make your way through it? I hope this inspired you to make a multishot zone, gone are the days of 1.09 but we can try our best to hold on to the memories. GL with makeing a zone, and have fun it is after all a game.

    I noticed that the other guilds that are stickyed have like 8k+ veiw and about 4x reply´s so I wont really be disapointed if noone replys... well maybe just a bit :p

    all comments are welcome, so is possitive critic. or suggestions/things you´d like me to look into or questions.

    if it weren't cus of ur english (lol) the guide would be very good... it is indeed, i had never seen how dmg calculations were and stuff, i just won't make this kind of zon cus im makin a lightnin one, and though a strafe zon would be better, a lvl 20 strafe does +100% dmg and same 3/4 from weapon which means it will still give more dmg then the standard atack (at least from my calcs), so strafezon would be better. Is that min dmg calculation right?? the min dmg is just 95?? cant be (at least i think) i thought that it would be sumfin like 300 or stuff, though the max dmg is pretty high. good guide after all

    you got me, english isnt my native toung. I speak danish,english and german.
    My spelling isnt to good in any of those ^^, but you guys made it though the guild and thats all that matters.

    if its really bad could repost it in a reply with spelling errors out of the way ?
    you could get redits for doing spelling :p if you wanted.

    I think I added the ed from the might merc wrong(can someone else comment on this please?), cuz the bow dmg is about right I do 300-1800 without might atm, then with it it jumps up to 500-2700.
    I got a few elemental charms atm not that much though.
    Im lvl 73 and my merc is lvl 60 (might). I got almost 300 dex.

    lvlv 73, 60 might merc, about 300 dex, using wf. doing 500-2700 dmg with multishot so far. Once I hit lvl 90 and get 350 dex, and get my merc up to lvl 90, I´ll post my dmg agian.
