About multishot and pierce. Multishot arrows don't autopierce - unless you use a piercing bow. However, each monsters can only be hit by one arrow. So if two arrow fly to the same monsters, one will continue flying - which might look like a pierce.
With that said, You still need pierce, though I'm not sure how much you want. One point with razortails still is the minimum, yet depending on what exactly you are building, additional skill might be spend elsewhere better.
P.S. note that each skill after slvl 24 is wasted. You don't get additional arrow yet do get additional mana cost. So the next time you make one, don't go overboard on multishot. Many people don't even use more the a lvl 15 multishot - +skill included. going for max rarely is smart, certainly if you assume to gain wealth over time.
