Moveon.org lies to get cash

It looks like they're already trying to share the blame instead of attempting to take all the glory.
At some time the system will recover and the democrats will say that it's from their measures while the republicans will say that it happened on its own and that it would have gone faster with other measures. The question will be, will it happen before the elections and who has the better explanation ?

Whatever the "experts" might say, I highly doubt that they are independent. Not that I believe that all of them are telling lies because the one or other party pays their wages, but people are vain and they like their own theories, so they will provide a matching explanation for why things happened in reality.

Given how short the public's memory is, I don't think it even matters when the economy swings up again unless its maybe six months or less before the elections. It mostly comes down to a game of who is better at placing blame on the other guy for everything that's wrong with the world.

Experts never are.

When you start trying to say that Bush was a bipartisan President you must have some kind of outer-body bull**** experience.

I admit you're the OTF's resident subject matter expert on BS (and it's "out of body", by the way) However, you're still taking far too much media spin as fact. Bush did indeed try to be bipartisan, and the Democrats decided that their best chance lay in the seditious nonsense we've heard for the past 8 years.

Just because the Chief Executive <tries> to be bipartisan doesn't mean he will be, nor is it always something they seek to be. Consider B.J.'s initial period in office.
