Most unusual build

So What is the most unusual build you have played.

I have two

The physic hammer sin. uses physic hammer as a skill of choice.

Mastery sorc, the first 60 skill pts go into the 3 masteries.

don´t know how "unusual" it is really but i really liked my summoner druid restricted to the summoning tree. He is lvl 76 or something like that now.

Actually the sorc made it well into NM, stopped playing her before she got 20 in each mastery. The hard part is the first 30 lvls, your only attack is items. At lvl 30 you get a huge jump on damage you can create.

The assassin did well until maybe act 2 normal. Knockback and kill enemies offscreen, even LI's didnt spark on screen.

I have had four characters in the days of ver 1.02 and they realy
1: Melemancer: using curses and golem and one hand Hammer with no ias and life leach!! I've made it with him till act 1 nm clvl 27
2: Paladine: who use heal aura and sacrify and his belt is voll with mana potion!!! I was always very happy to find mana potion  and I've made it with him tell act 3 normal clvl 21
3: Sorcer: she used inferno as main skill and have some points in wramth and cold shield and one point in telekinase! I've made it with her till act 4 where she was dying in one hit from Hephisto
4: Amazon: alittle bit better than other I've decided to make her Venomazon with a melle weapon socketed with PEmerald!! and hit enemies and then wait till they dye. I've made it with her till Hell act 2 clvl 55

well, some of my current projects include:
-Procing paladin. He uses "Chance to Cast when Struck"-items and thorns. lvl 28 so far
-Gnasherzon. Tankazon using the unique hand axe "The Gnasher". Still in act 1 (just got her a twitchtroe)

the fartarian. duel weilding wirt'd leg. so far at lvl 28 and going nicely.
ive also done a skilless pally. i put in stats and stuff, but no skills what so ever. he got to lvl 22 before he died. (HC)

my most unusual would be my current project:
Arrowless Bowazon: Magic Arrow is her main attack. No other skills are used in the Bow/Crossbow tree. All the other points go to Passive/Magic Tree.

1.09 Punchadin - Pat
1.09 Naked Zon (bow only, -100 resists, no vit, no charms) - Mat
1.09 Venom Crusher Bowsin (lots of Venom, poison charms, CB) - Mat
1.10 Freezing Throwerdin - Pat

All were very effective except the zon, I'm not sure why though. :teeth:

the freezing throwedin isnt that odd, its just sort of in its infancy. and i guess patting a punchadin shows how much easier 1.09 was. you wouldnt get into NM now...

punching. no weapons at all, althoguh your allowed a shield, althoguh you should smite with it. ive tried 1 but i got angry that it took so long to kill things so stopped. i hadent even reached act 2 yet...
getting it patt'ed must have tested your patience.

A Necro using a polearm. I got him to Act 5 NM, then I have up. He wasn't doing enough damage, he couldn't hit stuff and he needed more health. But it was fun for a while.

farting bob: I think a punchadin would be doable in 1.10, but not at 'players 8' as I had done in 1.09. With the synergies Holy Freeze and Holy Shock get now, you can do lots of damage without a weapon . . . and you would also need lots of CB too. :)

Oh, and I never used Smite or anything other than punching to deal with monsters . . . that would be cheating! :p

Hmmm, your tempting me to try it again in 1.10 just to see.

I made a lvl 34 Thorns paladin (MeSoThorny)... didn't go much further with him, because I doubt he'll do well in the higher difficulties. Got some advice perhaps?

james, you need life, alot of life. as much as you can get, and full rejevs. and max resistances. you may take less dmg, therefor the enemy takesless, but you'll die in a few hits if you have lower res in hell, swamped by burnign souls is never nice..

If you can get bramble as a runeword you could then use meditation or the like for decent life regen. You probably know this but PDR and MDR and "reduce damage by X" items as much as you can get your hands on.

Most unusual...hehe

Winning the #1 most unusual build award (that I have) is my Werebear Sorceress. Ok so she's just basically an Enchantress that has a Beast weapon on her switch to shapeshift. Is kinda fun to go around as a Werebear sorc though, it certainly raises eyebrows in every TCP/IP game I go in with her.

The second unusual build is really more rare than unusual, but it's my Leap Attack barb. This build is fun, I love leaping all over the place, though he kinda sucks when it comes to crowd control. Insane damage though, my LA barb was doing over 10k at level 60.

I have to say I like unusual, yet viable builds, simply because I like to be unique sometimes :)
