Monsters dropping loot, lol!

I just saw this on TV Tropes and I could think of nothing but D2 the whole time I was reading it!

After all this time, it's easy to never (read: NEVER) think about the absurdity of some of the mechanics in a lot of games, but I just find this particularly comical. Mind you, I don't really have a problem with any of it, I just can appreciate the awkwardness of a Sand Crawler dropping a 10ft. polearm or 90lb. suit of armor. :grin:

Was it because one of their examples was D2.

Actually, the only reference to Diablo was to D1, but I found that just now reading back through the examples. I had missed it last night. Naw, it's just the game that has my interest the most atm that actually does that.
