I dunno about anyone else, but I'd love to read a journal like that. It'd be pretty interesting. I don't think anyone minds mods, as long as you're not trading with people who aren't playing the mod..

As far as I know, you aren't allowed to link to mod sites, explain how do you get a mod to work or something similar, nor trade items found in a mod with the rest of the forum members, but there's nothing against posting your adventures while playing one :)

This would mean that if a mod positively doesn't affect gameplay one bit it is fair game.

If I were to make a mod making the Grizzly look like a panda for example without altering the number of animation frames I could post it without getting in trouble. After all the only changed thing is the local graphics display.

On the other hand a mod making non-magical drop texts have different colours would affect gameplay as it would make item runs faster.

I for one would like hearing about it, and maybe seeing some screen shots if the graphics are different. So long as you keep within the rules ragnarod stated, I would imagine you shouldn't have any problems (A_E will surely let you know if their are any issues with your posts).

I look forward to your posts.

Yes, I have been pondering making a mod myself. Do tell of your experiences and maybe you will spur me on to it finally. If I did make a mod, I would probably just kill the game and work up from scratch. I should maybe shut up and seek approval before I say any more, but tell me of your experiences novastar.

Ragna is a wise man :D Screenshots and a journal are cool, but stay away form links to the mod itself.
