MFer problem (blizz vs. meteorb)

I'm desperately trying to make a mf sorc but it doesn't work out well.

I previously had blizz mf that killed usual runs ok but was all energy and thus died a lot. I figured I'd make a meteorb instead... Acting pretty much after guides I hit 80 today after 2 days of grinding. It S U C K S. Only advantage over the blizz is FCR.

The meteor does a measly 7k and orb does 400. Compared to the 3.5k blizz it's really pathetic killing power.

Equips are:

Curio
Ocu
Skullder's
lidless (noblock)
Magefist
2x nagel
upg Goldwarp
WT

Please suggest new equips or making some a mfer or anything. Killing meph takes a good 10 min now and anything that moves being ridiculously hard. At this rate I'm going to have to quit because no mf=no juice.

id say to get some cold mastery, as it wasnt mentioned anywhere that might be your problem
but my lvl 79 glitch meteorb sorc has no such problems killing meph, even with up to 7 other players in the game

i either static field him down and then FO
or just go with FO all the way, usually doesnt take too much time
