Does x% extra gold from monsters afect my chance to find magic items?
I mean I will get more gold instead of items?

No...the % will only be used to calculate the amount of gold that will drop if the game decides to drop a pile of gold.
So you will find as many gold drops as before, the piles of gold just become larger, so you will find more gold.

Not so much...but if you are thinking of it in this way it will. Added percentage of gold find will increase the wealth for a character. With added wealth a character is able to gamble for more items which indeed are magical.

Some of the items that are gambled are only magical (BLUE), while some of the others are rares. Hence added GOLD FIND, can increase your chances of finding magic items from an NPC that allows you to gamble.

Gold find does not affect your drops at all. The ONLY thing Gold Find affects is how much gold drops, if gold were to drop. Just do a couple trav runs and you'll see. With a decent-high MF (and high GF), you will get 20-30k drops, and still a nice assortment of rares/sets/uniques

Key point...from an NPC (merchant). GF does not affect drops...but it can affect items that you gamble, in that you will be able to gamble MORE. If that makes sense....
