MF/ATMA/d2data question

Oookay. Here we go. I'm laboring to find myself a tal's armor for my sorc, but can't trade for it (nothing worth THAT much ), so have resorted to trying to find my own. Problem is, I'm not sure where.

Before you go telling me to check ATMA, though, I have. Problem is, ATMA says that with my MF (115) I have this:

1 : 555 Mephisto - (N) Durance of Hate Level 3 - {mlvl 59}

Which is the best boss chance on a non-first kill. d2data.net, however, says that NO nightmare boss can drop Tal Rasha's Fine-Spun Cloth. Which is correct, and, in either case, where can I find a replacement that IS correct?

The armor is called Tal Rasha's Guardianship. Tal Rasha's Fine-Spun Cloth is the belt :lol:

I suggest to kill bosses in high-level areas or visit Pindle, Shenk and Eldritch for Tal's armor instead of visiting act bosses. Hell Meph can't drop it, but hell Diablo and, of course, Baal can.

In almost all cases, Atma is very correct and d2data is very wrong when it comes to drops.

d2data was written before we discovered that monster levels depend on area levels (their level directly affects what each can drop). Atma's drop calculator was written after that.
