Mephisto Soulstone bug?

Hello!

I've been running a HC Frenzy barb through normal, and I had the soulstone this morning. Weirdly enough, it's gone now. It's not in any stashes, and Meph won't drop another one. Any get this before? What the heck do I do?

Never heard of this, but it shouldn't matter. Your the soulstone should be programmed to automatically be placed on the hellforge altar when you click on it, regardless of if it is in your inventory or not. I highly doubt the programmers would have made it impossible to proceed.

My character just says "I can't do this yet"

You didn't plop it in your cube did you?

Frenzy works weird with the hellforge and khalims flail etc... Try using only one weapon and instead of having frenzy selected to your left click select regular attack. If you lost your stone Deckard Cain will hand you a new one by simply speaking to him

EDIT: Nibiru was right. I can't believe I didn't think of talking to Cain. Thanks!

Interesting. Now why couldn't Cain have just hooked us up from the beginning?

Talk to cain in act IV, he will give you a new one. It must be in your inventory when you click on the altar.
