Maybe a Dumb Question...

How many 'Accounts' can you have tied to a single Account Key?

I was recently told that it is possible to make second and third accounts on the same server, without needing to purchase another copy of the game, without harming your first account. Is this true?

While I am not exactly 'new', I still have a lot to learn, it seems. I had been told that if you made a second account on the same server, that your first one would be deleted... is this true or is the afforementioned true?

Create as many accounts as you want. Has no effect on previous accounts. If people could only have one account people would leave D2 because there just aren't enough space for mules...

Why can we only have 8 caracter per account if we can have as many account we want?
