maybe a dumb idea, but.....
I know mosers shield has a high block as does whitsans. If I took mosers and put in 2 elds in it, to add 14% higher chance to block, would that lower the dex that would be needed to get max block? Say I had enough resists with other gear to go without the standard diamond in the shield. If tihs made it so a sorc for example could get away with 100 dex to get max block, that would be even less points into dex that could go into vitality. Can someone let me know if this would work or not, thanks
