Max sockets at ilvl X

Is there a database somewhere that tells you what your max sockets possible is given an ilvl? I've got an ilvl 44 war scepter and I want to see if it will get 5 (max) sockets. All other databases are telling me only the max possible, not the max at ilvl X (or even giving ranges).

I don't know the specific values, but for most item goes: Item dropped in normal -> 3 max (capped at the specific items max of course)
nightmare -> 4 max
hell -> 6 max
