is it possible for neco in hell mode?of course maintain with decent life and damage(so not like 9 skillers with fhr),if possible what gear?

with charms that doesnt seem like too much to ask. With just gear ur looking into rares/crafts and some expensive stuff.

You could wear the exact same gear as a h'din would and you could achieve this.

with set gear above,i don't think u get all what i ask for because i have gears using very similar. beside i was wondering how many dex require to get max block,say for example, at lvl90 with spirit monarch?I use bonespear as main skill

Well you never said anything about max block.

But with the gear I mentioned you will definitely get the 3 things you asked about. Max block I will have to look into that one and get back to you.

I will say Homunculus is quite a good shield when you want to get max block.

i read all the sticky in this neco guild,can i go full block with no dr(only from nima)?
this question is always in my head,why need high dr when block at 75%?
because 1 of the them said don't go block with dr but no explaination.

Because DR helps vs. everything that deals physical damage, but block doesn't help at all vs. smiters and windies.

smite is just plain unblockable for some reason, and tornado is a spell that does physical damage

Slightly OT but ...

Personally, I don't think I would ever put an Um in a shield - even if I were disgustingly, filthy rich. It just wouldn't seem right to me to use up an Um for only 3%@res. I'd probably get a nervous tick just looking at it.

Just seems to me that Um'd Shako and Ber'd Stormshield (or even Ber'd Shako and PDiamond Stormshield) would be more fittin' that Ber'd Shako and Um'd Stormshield.
