Max Life on a Skiller GC?

I'm wondering what the best possible mod on a lifer is. At first I thought it was 40, but then i accidently rolled a 44 on a pali gc a while back... bud of mine says max is really 45. I did some research and found that the arreat summit will give upto 50 on a GC but there's some complicated number stuff that I just don't get... Can someone tell me the real max life figure on a skiller gc?

45 is the max life on a GC. arreat summit lists 50 but i think either a monster has to be higher than lvl99, or the AS is just wrong. anyway, only charms from certain monsters can get 45 life. baal and niathalak are two if i remember correctly. diablo might, i forget.

Hmm, Yeah i got the same figures, that the monster has to be >99 for a 46 - 50 lifer. K gracias for help!

Diablo can produce a GC with 45 life as well.

In the algorithm for calculating the maximum Alvl on an item, the max Alvl gets capped at 99. The 46-50 life Vita Suffix has an Alvl higher than 99 (it's 110), thus it can never spawn.

IIRC the Uber bosses (or maybe just one of them) is mlvl 110. Would it be possible for them to drop such a charm with 46-50 life?

theoretically if they could drop magic grand charms those charms could spawn with up to 50life. but none of them drop normal items. and i heard that theres a game cap that sets all ilvl to a max of 99 if you leave a game. maybe that was a rumor...i forget.

Again, the maximum Alvl gets capped at 99, and the 46-50 life Vita suffix has Alvl 110. It cannot spawn, not even theoretically.
