Max fcr on nec amulet

Can one spawn with 20 fcr? 15? in between 15-20? Is it going to be +2 nec skills or +2 pnb?

A crafted Caster amulet can reach 20% FCR at best, with either +2 to Necro or +2 to P&B skills. A really nice +2/20% will of course be pretty rare and expensive. 15-19% are easier to aquire.

not if you craft it or find it as a rare..., you'd have to get really lucky on a magic ammy

Correction. A +3/20% is impossible. There is no 20% FCR mod than can spawn on magical or rare amulets.

The only reason why Crafted amulets get so high, is that they can roll the 10% "of Apprentice" mod on top of the random 1-10% FCR they get.

Sry i know hardly anything about crafting. What amu do you need to get 20%? Does it have to already have an fcr mod?

You just craft with any blue amulet and pray for good luck. Some mods like FCR between 1-10% will always spawn, but there is no control over what other mods will come out. Whether you get extra 10% "apprentice" FCR and +2 skills depends on luck.
