max block with spirit monarch?
does anybody ever go for max block with a spirit monarch? I am currently level 79 and my dex is over 200, and i'm only at 50% blocking. I really underestimated how bad a 42% block rate really is... I should have run the calculations before I decided to go max block. The problem is, i really really really enjoy having a blocking sosa...
