Max block or max fcr for ele?

Hi. Im preparing to make an ele windy druid and im thinking of using spirit monarch. But that means that i'll have to spend too much pt's into dex if i want max block. So im thinking not to touch dex at all, but concentrate on fcr ( going to have about 109 regular and 125+ if req ). So i'd like to ask if its worth trying it?

And what are the optimal fhr and fcr for windy?

If you choose spirit, getting enough dex for max block will be painful.
It is popular to go for no block and instead get nice fhr+fcr. There should be another thread in this druid forum debating it, try searching for it.

is it for pvm or pvp?

Mike

edit so that I avoid extra posts:

1. for pvm no block is viable
2. in pvp you can have two setups - max block max dr vs good melee opponents such as bvcs and non block one for elemental and less skilled duelers (minion stack is enough in most cases - you only need block once someone breaks through it). The second setup would be 163 fcr which gives you a frame faster tele.

max block really has no effect on fcr. its more of a mater of vitality. if you max block on a spirit monarch you're looking at about over 180 points in to dexterity. and if you're putting points into strength for equipment, then your vitality is going to suffer greatly. and in pvp, for me at least life is more important.

Non max-block windies gets torn apart by good melee builds, hence max-block is the best way to go, and switch to 163FCR/non-block if needed.
