Mana Golem, How often do you lose him?

i was thinking of making an iron golem from a crappy voulge insight for the meditation aura.
using lvl 20 golem mastery and +19 skills.

How often will i have to replace him due to glitches and so?

I do have all high end items, so will teleport. And i will stay away from the bugged vipers (Nilathak).

Mine didn't die at all, but I didn't run CS. I did run Nihlathak, and never had anything die to those dastardly reptiles, just get one large revive to keep 'em telestacked until you get to Nihlathak. I guess he could die in CS if you were really careless, other than that, go for it.
