Malus stats

Does anyone know the horadric malus's stats?

Is it worth keeping for a Barb?

I don't believe the Horadric Malus has any special qualities. I think it's just a normal mace virtually. The Khalims Flail and Hellforge hammer have alot more mods than the malus.

If you are playing bnet, all these items are very useful for new chars (especially khalims) since they have no lvl requirement. Just get one for all your new chars and rip through the beginning of the game.

Cool... I think I'll probably keep it. Besides' kicking the Smith's *** twice won't be bad for my exp count.

You can not pick up quest items once the quest has been completed, or you already posess another of the same item. And the malus is not dropped by the smith anyway...

Doesn´t make any sense. It´s an useless weapon allready on this stage of the game when you can obtain it. Even in Den of Evil first best scepter or javelin can do better.

If you look for a really excelent starter weapon, go for Khalim´s - it rocks!!!
Just make quests in A3 and mule it over to lvl 1 char. Remember to mule it again before doing final quest in A3 (killing Meph). If you go over to A4 with this weapon in your inventory it will disappear.
