Malthael Skills?!

What skills/spells would the archangel of death use?

I have some ideas & you are allowed to comment & extend the list

A skill that makes Malthael invulnerable & heals him when you attack him

A melee attack that emits target seeking souls from his weapons

An attack that teleports him upon you

Soul Harvest

Whirlwind? - his death maidens use a whirl attack, so why shouldn't he use an empowered version of that skill?!


Any other ideas or thaught regarding the fight?
Maybe there has been some leaked information, but I couldn't find any...

You probably won´t be able to beat him alone, since he is the angel of death after all, not without the help of some demon lords like i.e. Diablo...or maybe Mephisto or Baal and once they have been released from the soulstone a new expansion can be made lol.

As for what skills he would use..maybe a DOT that drains your life combined with an aura that debuffs. His two scythes would also suggest that he would engage in melee attack of some sort, and his attacks would maybe also drain your life, but we´ll have to wait and see.

 

[Twisted Panic]

A spec that slows you by 75% as he pulls ur soul (ie fury for a barb, spirit for a monk) at a rate of 5-7 per second.

I can see him teleporting a lot, and using an AoE spell (much like the RoS release video) obviously a dual wielder with those nasty looking hand scythes.

Probably gonna have to kill him more than once since he is the angel of death.

What is he doing in the RoS opening cinematic btw?
It looks like he is channelling a beam of death energy from his whole body while flying in the air....
