making build guide questions

i finished one and would like to make a 2nd. however, i have a few questions:

1. my nithalak killer guide has screenshots. i know you can't put screenshots here, so i'll probably have to put it on a host somewhere. is there a good host with plenty of free bandwidth somebody can suggest?

2. about the process: i know i put it here, and then email the mod, and then what? i see a lot of posted guides didn't make it to the sc, why not?

Because for them to be displayed in the library they will have to be stickied. Also depends alot about how they are written or mihgt need improvements. Also asking the mod in question for an addition to the library will help.
