How would I go about doing this?
Could it be a decent pker?
what gear should I use?
Should I max Blizard glacial spike ice bolt ice blast cold mastry?

Your skills are correct, theres really nothing more to it...

It can be good at PvP if done well. You need good FCR, at least 105 and a rather large mana pool, since alot of blizz sorcs just tele around and ley em everywhere.

Most people use things like.

Fathom
Nightwings
CoH
SS
Treks
Trangs/Magefists gloves
Sojs
Arachnids Mesh
FCR ammy

That is some common equip. I'm sure you will get some more specific help from another person soon enough. Hope that helped you though. :thumbsup:

a deaths fathom is to much for me to get i mean i only got like titans and 2 wolf howls to trade lol and im + that no one will trade that

Thats ok, start small! Collect those Pgems, get yourself a viper, a occy, a lidless... and your already on your way.

Get youself a +blizzard wand/staff, lore helmet, +cold/sorc amulet and fill your armor with ptopaz and start farming Mephisto, you should be able to be decked out decently pretty fast.

Crafted Caster Belt (for those last 5% FCR)

Is all fairly cheap and easy to get once you can slay mephisto easily, USE THE MOAT TRICK. It should let you get started with PKing with a Blizz Sorc, to turn it into MF then just swap the Vipermagic and Belt for Skulder's Ire and Goldskin (both cheap too).
