Magic find leeching?

... like Time Stop. But it's left to be known how this will work against Bosses (chances are it won't).
Here's hoping that it does. There's nothing more ridiculous and unintuitive than bosses that decide to break the rules of the game by surprise and gain an unfair advantage over abilities you chose fair and square.

As for this magic find thing, I don't see the big deal. As others said, we're 99% certain your loot is determined by your magic find. And if someone's tagging along with you and not doing any damage, kick them out of the game.

The MF mod also goes against the idea of cooperation, If blizzard intendds to have players working together to hack and slash their way through hordes of monsters then everyone has to kind of, you know, build their characters right, if everyone is just a bunch of gimped casters hoarding MF mods for themselves... well... they wont contribute too much to the cooperative fights.

And we wont have the ability to kick them out, infact everyone already auto-party when joining games, I dont even know if its possible to unparty.

If the MF mod is back as it was in D2 you can expect every PVM character hoarding it again because everyone wants to improve their odds, even its like... 5%. If everyone will need to contribute with their abilities in this new coop enviroment, its not a good design decision to leave this mod in the game, MF is a selfish mod and induces a bad psicological effect on gear choices, if this was present on the demo, I dont care, they need to rethink about its presence because it goes completely against D3's direction.

Right. I can see a boss fight with a partied wizard using Time Stop. All for the sake of "fair and square".

To quote the video footage: "It's been our pleasure to give you a glimpse of Diablo 3. But before we leave, let's show you a real fight." [...] "Oops! The wizard used Time Stop. Well, maybe next time."

They've only released 5 Wizard skills so far, so I assume the one you're talking about is Slow Time. I don't see how it could possibly render a boss useless unless he's very adamant about only firing projectiles.

Even then, the bubble is tiny.

Either way, that boss they showed in the preview demonstration wouldn't fit the bill as being crippled by it if it worked against him.

They released a lot more:

Slow Time also slows down monsters inside the bubble, making anything rather weak (unless you're afk with a rock stuck on the Slow Time button or something >.>"" ). Bosses are big, mighty demons straight from Hell. Shouldn't they at least be better than the average monster except having a larger health bar?

I would think that slow time should effect bosses less, just like the barb has a skill for time slowing effects to effect him less. But it shouldn't be totally ineffective, as there aren't many wizard skills to keep enemies at bay, and I don't want to stand toe to toe with a boss as a wizard.
