Lvl 56 Monk rare ring for sale crit dmg + dex + other stats

I'm not even sure what this is worth. AH search shows a couple similiar around 1mil when I use the dex/vit/critdmg as search options.

Any takers on starting the bid at 200k? Am I crazy?
