Lvl 30 Jabber

Lvl 30 Jabber

I'm wondering if these are viable, I know they are at lvl 18 and the like but I'd prefer to build one at lvl 30 (No real reason just feel like it I suppose).

By focusing on passives I can easily get ~50% D/A/E and Critical, with a good bonus to Penetrate, which I'm not 100% sure I'll need if I get enough -Def from Inner Sight, especially since it comes into play before +%Def from Skills. Either 1 or 6 in jab after any +skills on the ceremonial javelins, lvl 6 simply to remove the -damage% from the skill.

Gear wise:
+2P&M/2os Circlet with... Life/Mana/Stats I suppose? ED or ED/MAX Jewels in it I think.
+2P&M Amulet with resists and stats? I'm really not sure what additional modifiers I'd need on these.
+2P&M/10IAS Crafted Blood Gloves with resists
The best rare ceremonial javelin I can obtain.
String of Ears
Rhyme Grim Shield.
Goblin Toes (Jab is fast so CB will help a lot, especially since there's little +%Damage with it).
2 Rare +Mana/Stat/Damage rings.
Either Twitch or a Jewelers xxx of the Squid for life with ED/Max Jewels.

Any reason this wouldn't work?

I know CS Zons are more popular and viable, but I had fun with a jabber even vs bugged melee characters in 1.09 when I was legit because of the evasion rates on the character. I also don't particularly like CS, the skill bothers me in PvP (again, just personal preference).

you'd prolly want to go with angelics for jewelry. as a broad outline that looks good, but idk for sure the ias bps you want to get to. bloodfists might be better than the best 2passive rare, depending on what you get.

I was considering Angelics but a couple 100AR rares with mana and such might do better, would actually be a tough call short of testing. lvl 18 Inner sight reduces armor by 695 for 76seconds. If I have 2500 AR without Angelics and my opponent has 1000 def I have ~71% chance to hit. Inner Sight drops that down to 305 def, for a 89% chance to hit. Lvl 24 Inner Sight (as in +Angelics but keeping the gloves and maxing it) would give -1095 base defense, which I'm pretty sure is enough to cut a dent in almost every possible armor at that level. Defiance and Bear Form both add after the -def, same with Shout so the massive numbers generated by such don't really exist. Although I suspect that much -def won't be worth much, so few enemies will have that much that it would be better to put fewer points into it and use more into Penetrate.
