LVL 1 Char in hell...

Hi, im new here, and i'm not quite sure if theres already this thread but ill aska anyway, yesterday i saw the lvl 1 character in hell act5 can someone explain how to get there while being lvl 1....i mean there's one lvl 9 pvp assassin guide and i'd like to create one, but it seems that i need to get in hell and do the skill/stat-quests in there too so it would make any sense :xman:
Plz some advices....and i hope that this is not "taboo"-thread :xsmile4:

You've guessed right, the question has been asked quite alot. Alot of people use it to rush a level 1 character to hellforge, so they can get the rune.

Classic rush. Head to act 3 hell mode on classic, then convert. Finish up mephy, diablo, and your in act 5 hell. Also do the skill / stat / resist quests too. I have a level 17 mule made for joining hell games just so I can trade effectivly -_-

there are ways to do the rush on LOD as well. (even though there are lvl requirements for ancients... some sort of bug i forgot what u had to do though)
