Lower Resist Wand Does anyone know what the highest level lower resist is and most charges are for a magical/rare wand with lower resist?
level 3 for rare wands for unique/set and runewords look here, rest is findable at the links i've written in the included section (d2data, arreat summit and diablo.nu)
additional info: lvl 3 Lower resist can be present only on ilvl 99 wands/daggers, so you have to hunt Baal for them or shop with high level character (lvl 94 or higher)
