Lower Cold Resist

Greetings.

I am new to the world of Dr00ds. Previously I played necromancers exclusively.
I am looking for an item that will lower the enemies resistance to cold. I m currently playing an elemental druid @ lvl 30, my build is something like:

1 summon Grizzly and pre-reqs
@ 20 in cyclone armor
@ 10 in artic blast
1 in each wind skill up to hurricane

Short of cold facets, what can I do to make my arctic blast more effective?

my gear is something like :
Lore with +2 artic blast antlers
Spirit Shroud
Angelic ammy, 2x angelic rings, and angelic saber
Signon Shield, Greaves, Belt, and Boots

My Strength is @ 80, Base Dexterity @ 35 with bonuses, Life @ 100, and @ 70 in energy.

I m using whatever act 1 merc I got for free with face of horror, iceblink, and a zephyr bow.

I did use chippydips calculator and I know if my hurricane would be more effective if I just had 1 point in arctic blast as a pre-req but i didnt want to play the cookie cutter wind druid archetype.

Congratulations! Your druid certainly is not a cookie cutter. Arctic blast does ~28% of the damage listed thus rendering it very weak. The chill is good though.

Doom is a bit out of my reach currently, but certainly something to look forward to.

I dont see any lower cold resist for infinity tho...

I switched to eye of etlich + 2x nagels today, and suicide branch, as well as an Edge bow for my merc.

Later tonight I should be able to use Dark Clan Crusher.

In my opinion VoR is your best bet for its cost/availability and it allows for a shield.

More expensive options:

Nightwing's Veil
Unique Spired Helm
+8-15% cold damage

Mang Song's Lesson
Ladder
-(7-15)% To Enemy Cold Resistances

Ormus' Robes
+10-15% To Cold Skill Damage
