Low Lvl bow question

Is Wizendraw a good weapon (lvl 26 req) for a Frost Maiden Ama?

even if I use it on a hybrid (as a switch) from my Titans Revenge (Lit Fury)

I know people wind up using a jab or a strafe as other skills,

but the Wizendraw is not expensive and well has a -35% to enemy Cold Res..

is that worth it?

Wizendraw is a great weapon for FA vs Price. Try getting a -5res facet also.

I consider it to be 'the' bow for a young Frostmaiden until something better drops. And by better I mean REALLY better. . .Like one of the Exceptional or Elite Uniques or a high level Runeword like ICE.
