Low level twinking gear

Where is the most efficient place to farm low level magic jewels,rare jewels , low level set and unique items ?

Low level as in 1- 30. I was thinking maybe act 3 but please correct me if I am wrong.

Act 3 LK or Travincal can produce a pretty good range of low end jewels. It kind of depends on what kind of twinking gear you are going for. Are you looking for something that can take you through nightmare, or just through normal?

Act 1 normal is nice for envy-jewels. Found a bunch during the years of leveling.

Normal andariel drops low lvl jewels like fat kids drop popcorn. IIRC, ilvl 13 are the "best" ones for LLD, but she's lvl 12 so there's one affix not obtainable from those lest rerolled.

The lowest lvl sets/uniques can actually be pretty hard to come by, but normal andariel or maybe if yuo have a good rakanishu map (him almost on top of the wp) you could run them for a bit if you're really keen on getting death's set etc.

I usually store this kind of stuff when found by my other chars, so I have heaps of twink gear. Seperate stash for it too =)

This. Why waste time running low lvl areas when good twinking stuff drops often enough while running high lvl areas or regular questing?
