low end death's web or 30/30 facet cs?

i know that a higher end death's web would be better but what about say a -40 to -43 death's web? would it then be better to just have the extra 30% psn damage from a -30/+30 cs or is the lower death's web still better?

Theres so much more to the dweb than just its -psn enemy res There are also + skills involved. Id say even a 2/1 -40-43 dweb easily beats out a 30/30 crystal sword. So imo, go with the web

EDIT: Opps... I thought i was postin in the nec's forum lolz... in that case i change my answear to a 30/30 crystal. Maybe someone would disagree, but i think the extra psn dmg as well as the -enemy res will end up doing more than a -40-43 dweb.

Sorry, its late, just ignore the first rant up there lol ><

FYI + skills won't increase Rabies Damage, you'll only get that benefit in a prebuff sort of sense.
