Low budget windy?
hi, im planning to make a Windy druid in teh near future but i dont have many rescources to get 10+ elemental gs, enigma or hoto, so i want to try this:
Weapon-Earthshaker(+3 ele)
Shield-Splendor runeword (1 to skill 10% fcr)
Armor-Skin of the Vipermagi
Belt- Verdungo's hearty cord (15% DR 37 Vit
)
Boots- Silkweave (10% mana 5 mana after kill
Helm- jalal
gloves: frostburn (?)
ring- manald heal, ravenfrost
amu- +3 elemental ammy
would something like this be good at hell?
