For the stats, if you have Torch and ani, you can go for lower str, do the math for the 103 of AP enigma minus the stats of your torch and ani.
I like to go max block 75% for the Homunculus, it's about 214 at lvl 89
Nothing in energy, use insight polearm for your merc.
All the rest in vitality.
Max block vs vitality... each side have good and bad, it's by preferance and your style of play. You can go full vitality and teleport away to refull, or be a tank and stay put.
Try to aim for 125% FCR. But 75% is fine. Max your resist to 75%, important.
Gears:
Boneshade with Jah (You can use Eth if you cant use Jah)
Homunculus with Pdiamond or UM
Shako with UM
Trang-Oul's Claws
Waterwalk
AP enigma
Arachnid Mesh
Amulet with +skill and FCR and resist
rings with FCR and resist
If you want to aim for 125% you should use Griffon's Eye instead of shako. And Darkforge Spawn instead of Homunculus. Be sur to have FCR on your rings and amulet, you will be OK.
