Looking for a good PvM build: Conc <> WW ?

Mhh, so would it work to put just one point in it? I figure that with using +x to skills I'll come to a total of +7 (+8 with BC).

So, I won't be in the negative zone, just doing +6% extra damage and some increased AR.

Will this be valable?


So this will be my PvM barb:

Maxed Skills:
- 20 Concentrate
- 20 Sword Mastery
- 20 BO
- 20 Shout

Adjustable
- 14-18 Iron Skin (look for * to drop and add here)

One-pointers
- WW
- Leap Attack
- Taunt*
- BC
- Find Potion*
- Find Item*
- Berserk
- Nat Resis
- Battle Cry*
- Increased Speed/Stamina

Prereqs
- Leap
- Bash
- Howl
- Stun

I'm counting on a +5 to skills (+7 to Combat Skills) with all the gear.
Gear would be: Upped Arreat's with 15 IAS / +xx % ed dmg, Stone sup. Sacred Armor, BotD CB, Steelrends or Draculs, Upped Gore Riders, Vendungo's, Highlord's, Ravenfrost and Bul-Kathos, Um'ed Stromshield.

Does that sound ok?

indeed, you actually have a chance of getting lower defence 2

200% non up'd arreat = 363def
200% up'd arreat = 351-504def

thats about 8% chance of not getting increase in defence while str req goes 118 to 196 :flip:

so imo only useful for titanbarbs who allready have enough str
