Just wondering if anyone knows the max +AR on single mod charms (small, large and grand) for a level 30 char

yea ive seen those b4 but most of the levels are off
ex. small charms of sustenance (+15 lifers) are lvl 23 on arreat summit and lvl 17 in the game, the jewel lvl req tables are off as well

Char req is 75% of the affix level shown there.

This ones pretty nice, you can also set it up to only show affixes available at a certain level like so.
