((Total Blocking x (character level x 2)) / the shields blocking value) + 15 = total dexterity needed
90 dex without eld
83 dex with eld
I'm hitting 105 fcr and 65 fhr which is 8 frames for both. Is getting a 7 frame fhr really worth dropping a pskull and 15 life sc?
