Hi everybody...

I've picked up runes to make 2 Lionheart armors and was wondering:
a) Which characters they were most useful for
b) What base armor to put them in
?

Obviously the Hel lowers requirements which should let me wear heavier armor...

I dunno, advice?

For who needs one- I like it for the resistances. I have one in a templar coat, which went first on a merc, and is now pumping the def/res of my meteorb sorc (the reduced reqs combined with +str items/charms allow her to wear it), and it's staying until i can get a good mage/archon plate for her, which i may LH as well (assuming I find the runes again), esp for the resis bonus.

I'd think it might be good for melee, again, the resists, and the fact that it can allow a heavier armor for some (pallys, for ex, who are limited on str compared to barbs).

Just my 2cs.

Good merc armor as well, but I like it for amazons when there is not something better to wear. I would suggest putting it in an Archon Plate

It is very good armor for your merc. I prefer to use the lum for 'smoke' (nef lum) for my characters though. I like the 20 extra resist-all.

I currently have Lionheart on my Bowazon. I am going for as much damage as I can despite the lack of speed!

I have found that for any non-caster build, lionheart is a great armor. Casters of course get Skin of the Vipermagi.

So far, I believe I own 6 lionheart Archons, i like them that much.
